My mom practically scared me out my sleep 7 o’clock this morning to tell me the last thing I expected to hear.

3 of your cousins got shot this morning.
Who?
Pablo is dead.
WHAT!?!
Jason and Derrick are in the hospital. Derek is in surgery.
Uh?

As she walks out my room with tears in her eyes, I sit up in my bed, and try to soak this all in.

Naw, I’m dreaming. Pablo ain’t dead, I’m supposed to chill with him next weekend.
This definitely gotta be a dream.

I got up and got on my computer and started to search the Atlanta news websites.
I found nothing…

I laid back down. Still in shock and disbelief.
Then I slipped back to sleep.

I walked into a room and Pablo was sitting on a bed. He looked up and smiled at me.

What’s up Pablo, you okay?
Yeah I’m good.
I heard you got shot.
Yeah, but I’m fine.
They told me you were dead.
Tell them to stop telling you that.
Okay Pablo, I’ll see you later.
Okay later cuz.

He stood up, still smiling at me, and walked into the bathroom and started brushing his teeth.
I walked out the door I came in, and was walking thru a graveyard.

I woke up.
Then It hit me.
My cousin is gone.

I went back to searching the news sites until I found the article.

I lost 3 family members in 7 months.
Life can be such a Bitch!

As for the assholes that did this to my family, I hope they catch them, give them life, and they get raped in the ass everyday until the day they die.
Or die a slow, miserable, painful death.
